Pulan means “the moon / to watch over / month”.

Pulan Collective uses the constant cycle of the moon as a guide to bring CHamoru and Pacific Islander women together. Members unite as a creative collective that thrive on the CHamoru value of inafa’maolek, or interdependence. Each gathering coincides with the full moon to share a meal, talk story and create together.
